Shipping
Shipping is added to each product in your shopping cart. All items are shipped via our suppliers couriers and tracking numbers are available on request. Any items lost during shipment are not covered in any way by DG Tech NZ. Shipping insurance may be available on request.
Returns
DG Tech wants you the customer to be happy and pleased with the product you recieve. We also strive to supply products that obide with the CGA (Consumer Guarantees Act) (1994). Some information regarding this is below...

Consumer Guarantees Act does not cover...

• goods bought by auction or by tender
• goods bought from a private seller
• commercial goods - goods of a type that are ordinarily bought for use in offices, factories or farms may be covered by the Sale of Goods Act. The Sale of Goods Act may also cover those goods bought before the date the Consumer Guarantees Act became effective.
• commercial services - services of a kind that are ordinarily supplied to offices, factories or farms - eg, top-dressing, commercial property leases, commercial building maintenance, livestock transportation.

Stock
Stock levels and prices can change suddenly, therefore while we aim to have complete accuracy of information portrayed on this site, errors and omissions may occur. DG Tech will not be liable in circumstances where prices have changed or errors have occurred. Should an order be placed where pricing has changed or stock levels are no longer accurate we will contact you prior to processing the order.
