1. What currency are the prices in?
The prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). And they are not changeable.
2. Do you ship to overseas locations?
No, if you are desperate we may be able to arrange something.
3. Do prices include GST?
Yes, the products price is inclusive of GST.
4. How often do you update product prices / details?
Usually every fews days or max a few weeks. We have a few thousand products and we update products in batch processes so they are up to date.
5. Do you have coupons?
Yes we do, usually voucher coupons, these can be ordered as christmas / birthday cards...
6. Are products covered while in shipment?
No, but some shipping companies may provide insurance free of charge or for extra if required.
7. I've ordered a product, can it arrive on a Saturday / Sunday?
Not usually, most of the time it will be the Monday, but sometimes you may be lucky and get a Saturday delivery or we can arrange a Saturday delivery for you.
8. How long do I expect my shipment to take?

To Auckland (Local) - 1-2 Business Days
To North Isl. (Domestic) - 1-2 Business Days
To South Isl. (Domestic) - 1-3 Business Days
Note that Rural addresses are usually an extra business day.
