Placing Purchases / Orders
-All orders placed on the site are subject to cancellation by DG Tech NZ if stock is out, payment has not been recieved and/or other circumstances.
-All information submitted into DG Tech NZ must be accurate and correct, this includes emails, names, addresses, phone numbers.
-No orders can be cancelled unless payment hasn't been made and stock has been sent to the purchaser.
-Payments must be within 1 week of the purchase and be in the amount shown on your invoice / on the website.

TAX and Shipping
-Overseas orders are not currently accepted. DG Tech NZ will only ship to addresses with-in New Zealand.
-GST (Goods & Service Tax) is inclusive on all orders and is calculated into the final price. The GST rate is currently 12.5%.
-Any orders lost in the post are not covered by DG Tech NZ in any manner and are your responsibility.
-DG Tech NZ is not liable for any dutys / levies you may incur on your shipped order.
-DG Tech NZ is not liable for any damage (whether it by physical / emotional) inflicted upon you / others while using our site and products.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
In the event the transaction the subject of these conditions of sale is subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("the Act") then:

• If the buyer is acquiring products from the seller for the purposes of a business, then the guarantees and remedies provided under the Act shall not apply to the supply of those products.
• In the event the purchaser is acquiring the product for purposes other than that of a business, then these conditions of sale shall be interpreted subject to the purchaser's rights under the Act, to the intent that no provisions shall any way limit the purchaser's rights under the Act
